Angel, Archangel Michael: transfixing Satan―Amid clouds, the Archangel Michael, raising a sword held above his head in his right hand, stands over Satan. The archangel holds a shield and a cross-staff in his left hand. The heads of three other demons are visible beneath him.
The scene is framed by a border decorated with flowers, including columbine and dianthus, and inhabited by a butterfly and a bird.
