Martha of Bethany holds a palm in her right hand. Margaret of Antioch holds a palm in her right hand and, with her left hand, a cross and a tether attached to a dragon. A crowned Catherine of Alexandria holds a palm in her right hand and a sword in her left hand. Her right foot is on a broken wheel on the floor. Barbara of Nicomedia holds a tower in her right hand and a palm in her left hand. Christina of Bolsena holds a lamb(?) in a basket(?) with both hands and a palm in her left hand. The figures are all nimbed. They stand in a windowed room in front of three tapestries, the center one inscribed SANCTUM VIRGINUM MARTYRUM KATHERINE MARGARETE MARTHE CHRISTIANE ET BARBARE.
The margins are decorated with floreate ornament. The heraldic shield of Pierre de Bosredont (quarterly, vair and gules) is in the lower margin.
