Concert | Mozart’s String Quartets: Escher String Quartet with Brandon Patrick George

With a series of Mozart’s string quartets, the renowned Escher Quartet celebrates the Morgan’s exhibition Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart: Treasures from the Mozarteum Foundation of Salzburg. GRAMMY Award-winning flute soloist Brandon Patrick George will also join the ensemble for Mozart’s Flute Quartet in D Major, KV. 285. The Escher Quartet are season artists at the Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center, and are a recipient of the Avery Fisher Career Grant.

This concert will take place in Gilder Lehrman Hall on the Ground Floor. Doors to the Hall will open 30 minutes before the concert begins. Attendees are invited to view the exhibition Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart: Treasures from the Mozarteum Foundation of Salzburg from 5:30-6:30 PM.
