A reverse copy of a design comprising a section of a print which features six numbered compartments, each containing a figure seated in a latrine, the print issued in 1780 with the caption title, "Ministerial purgations, or state gripings." Cf. George BM Satires 5632.
Print shows Lord Sandwich, sitting in a latrine, facing 3/4 to the right, and saying "O! my Gut's what a Twitcher! In life I've no Ray. For my soul to Old nick is now Fleeting away." A book, reading "[Pl]easures of Love", lies open on the seat at left.
