Engraving by L. Schiavonetti after Blake from José Joaquín de Mora's Meditaciones Poéticas (Londres : Lo publica R. Ackermann, 1826); the plate originally created to illustrate R.H. Cromek's edition of Robert Blair's "The grave" in 1808, in which it was titled "The Death of The Good Old Man".

Summary
Print shows a bearded man lying on a matress; four mourners kneel praying at his head, three at his feet; in the foreground, a Bible is open at the title-page of the New Testament, held open by his right hand; in the background the man's soul is flying out the window on a cloud, escorted by two winged angels.
