Summary

Print shows a country fair, with a handbell ringer with bells in his hands and mounted on his shoes and hat, seated on a platform in the foreground, entertaining a small audience consisting of a young couple and two small boys. Behind him stands a scaramouche with a saltbox, and in the background an audience watch commedia performers on a stage while other fair-goers browse the stalls.
