Summary

Print shows a swarm of fantastic insects, with human heads, assailing a hive standing on a low and very solid wooden stand inscribed the 'Treasury-Bench', while ministerial bees emerge to defend it. Under the bench are three pots overflowing with guineas and inscribed 'Honey'. The caricatured members of the Opposition include: Sidmouth, Lauderdale, Erskine, Moira, Grattan, Grey, Ellenborough, Bedford, Sheridan, Temple, Grafton, Lord Holland, Lord Spencer, Lord Carlisle, Buckingham, Grenville, Norfolk, Duke of Clarence, Tierney, St. Vincent, Lord Derby, Windham, Stanhope, Burdett, Horne Tooke, Whitbread, Petty, and M. A. Taylor. Among the Ministerial forces may be recognized Canning, Perceval, Castlereagh, Lord Eldon, Hawkesbury, Melville, and Rose.
