Summary
Print shows three elderly citizens in a punt which is propelled by a boy wearing trousers. Two are fishing: one stands, 'chapeau-bras', the other, who is obese, sits in a chair. The third sits in a chair smoking. The standing fisherman, who wears spectacles, has hooked a small dog. Trees form a background; a portion of a sign-board projects into the design from the right inscribed 'The Old...Hot Eel...Every D[ay]', perhaps indicating Eel Pie Island on the Thames.
