Summary
George IV, as a watchman, stands outside the door of a house holding a pole with a large bag inscribed "Beware of the Report of a Bad House"; Queen Caroline sits in the open window holding out a torch inscribed "Defence" and setting fire to the bag. Behind her stand Brougham and Denman.
