Summary
Illustration shows an artist's workshop, where an artist stands in the center, with a palette in his right hand, demonstrating a point to three students grouped together at left; two students stand, while the other at far left is seated; at right, a frame on an easel can be seen; behind the easel, a figure places his head within the frame, for the purposes of representing a portrait subject; beyond, at left, through the window opening, a wooded landscape can be seen; beyond at right, on a shelf, a statue, two busts and two pots can be seen.
