Summary
Plate includes six separate vignettes of domestic and rustic subjects; including (clockwise from the top left corner of the sheet): a man in sabots offering a bouquet to a young woman at a window; an old woman holding a baby; a woman walking with a little boy, viewed from the back; a group of children dressed as soldiers; a small girl astride a large horse; an elderly man seated in a chair with a rug across his lap showing a group of small children a whirligig.
