[Turn-up depicting male faces]

One sheet, folded so that raising and lowering the flaps transforms one face to another, for a total of four faces. When folded, face of grimacing man wearing tiny yellow hat and green bow tie appears; when opened entirely, face of man sporting lecherous look, long goatee, and white top hat appears. Opening and folding flaps creates combination of these two faces.
