Summary
Rectangular enamel plaque in the shape of altar. In the front is depicted the "Adoration of the Magi", and around it medallions with different saints. In the back, a scene of the "Garden of Eden" (?). A small Christ in bronze stands on the top of the plaque. On the back there is a ram's head in bronze, and at each side are winged figures in bronze.
