Full crimson levant morocco, gilt fillet paneling on spine, stamped: GUY DE MAUPASSANT CE COCHON DE MORIN PARIS 1896; gilt tooled framework of rectangularly interlaced triple fillet strapwork, doublures of white vellum with gilt tooled fillet frame ornaments with vine leaves, gilt edges, by Lortic, in a morocco edged slipcase of marbled paper.
