Decoration: 3 large illuminated initials painted on gold grounds with gold scroll and floral borders (fols. 45v, 61r, 199r); many smaller illuminated initials with gold and colored penwork flourishes in marginal spaces; most pages with intricate colored penwork or gold flourishes in margins, decorated ascenders and descenders at top and bottom lines of text.
fol. 1 is missing; foliation of manuscript begins with number 2; fols. 2r-5v - Calendar August-November, written in red, green, blue; fol. 6r - Hours of the Virgin, missing opening illumination; between fols. 68r-69r a folio cut out, stub in gutter; fol. 74r - Litany; fol. 85v - Hours of the Passion; 140v-147v - Prayers to Anna, mother of the Virgin and Joachim; 149r - Suffrage to Saint Erasmus; 156r - Prayer to 1000 Virgins; 210v blank, 2 folios excised between fols. 210-211.
