Overpainted arms on fol. 97 of M.209 : or three bends azure with a cardinal's hat, suggested to be those of Cardinal Niccolò Fieschi (Flisco), count of Lavagna; ownership stamp on flyleaf of M.209 (Lugt 642d), contemporary with the stamp of P.F. Gachet (1828-1909); purchased by J. Pierpont Morgan (1837-1913) from Pearson in 1907; J.P. Morgan (1867-1943).
