The manuscript now identified as Pierpont Morgan Library. MS M.563 was once part of the Necrologium Glabacense (The Gladbach necrology book) which is held in the Münsterarchiv at Mönchengladbach (manuscript 2A)--Cf. Die Abtei Gladbach, 974-1802.
