Pierpont Morgan acquired MA 201 -- the manuscript of A Chronicle of the Conquest of Granada lacking the first 19 chapters -- before 1913. The manuscript of the first 19 chapters (consisting of 214 leaves of v. 1, p. 1-144 of the first printed edition) was purchased in 1945, accessioned as MA 1214, and incorporated with the remainder of the manuscript.
