Authorship formerly attributed to Cicero.
Ink ruling (22.5 x 12.1) of 36 lines in 1 column.
Decoration: red 2-line initial C with black flourishing on leaf [1]/1r, 3-line Q on [3]/1r, red rubrics, and red and black paragraph marks.
Scribal hands: 1) [1]/1r-[2]/12v and [3]/3r-5r; 2) [3]/1r-2v; and 3) [3]/5r-[4]/8+1r.
