A xylographic reproduction of the 1482 indulgence printed by Friedrich Creussner (see PML 79162/ChL 419H) but with the commissioner's name included on line 12: "...Ego frater Petr[us] Gardian[us] [et] p[re]dicator [con]ve[n]t[us] Monacen[sis], ordinis minorum subcommissarius..."
An indulgence granted by Pope Sixtus IV, issued by Brother Peter, guardian and preacher of the Franciscan convent at Munich. Originally bearing a red wax (papal?) seal which was removed when Sixtus declared these indulgences to be invalid, on 28 June 1482. For full collation see GW I, col. 13, footnote.
