Binding
Contemporary German blind-tooled pigskin over wooden boards (11 x 8 cm.), sewn on 2 supports by the Regensburg Blüte dreiteilg frei workshop (EBDB w000009/Kyriss 138, active ca. 1477-1518). Plain paper pastedowns and 14th/early-15th century unidentified manuscript as fly leaves. 1 clasp, missing.
Inscriptions/Markings
Hand decoration: Rubrication unrealized. Annotations: No marginal notations in text. Contemporary manuscript title: "De modalisbus et universalibus gustabitur afinus" (front fly leaf recto and rear fly leaf verso). 17th/18th-century manuscript contents, without part I (front pastedown).
