Late 19th-/early 20th-century English full calf over paper boards (21.5 x 15 cm), sewn on 5 supports by Sangorski & Sutcliffe. Plain paper pastedowns and endleaves; decorative endbands.
Inscriptions/Markings
Hand decoration: Contemporary rubrication, red initials and paragraph marks. Roman numeral foliation in top margins. Annotations: Contemporary marginal notations, mainly keywords, throughout text. Early manuscript sequential numbering of first four leaves of each quire.
