The 'De clavibus sapientiae' is a Latin translation by Jacobus Beneventanus of the Italian 'Proverbi' which go under the name of Schiavo di Bari or Il Savio Romano (GW enters under Baro). Cf. C.H. Haskins, Studies in mediaeval culture, p. 142-143. The Pseudo-Ovidius, Philomela is a work now attributed to Eugenius Toletanus (Hillard 1816).
