Hand decoration: Rubricaiton not required. Annotations: Music notation and lyrics added by hand; music pasted-over with paper slip (leaf G5v). Many leaves with marginal losses, sometimes with textual losses, and repaired; quires ²A-C perhaps from another copy as the manuscript music is unrealized and there are several marginal notations in a hand not present in the earlier quires.
