Contemporary blind-tooled brown German calf over wooden boards (28.5 x 21 cm.), sewn on 3 and 4 supports by the Augustinner I bindery in Nuremberg (active ca. 1467-1510, EBDB w000089/Kyriss 19); edges repaired. Manuscript waste quire guards. Plain paper pastedowns and fly leaves; plain leather endbands. 2 clasps, missing. Vellum title label on top boards, with brass frame (partially missing on vol. I); vol. II with shelf mark "99" in red.
