[printer's mark]
In two parts, dated: I) 8 April 148[6]; II) 7 June 1486. The colophon in part I reads "M.cccclxxxviii" in error for 1486. E.H. Wilkins (The making of the "Canzoniere", Rome, 1951, p.390) suggests that the date 1488 is an error for 1486; the same printers' edition of the Canzoniere is dated 7 June 1486 & refers to the Trionfi as completed; the error may have arisen from the following "viii." of the month date.
Printed in Pasquale and Bertochus's types 3:77R, 4:110R, and 4*:113R.
