15th-century German blind-stamped calf over wooden boards (42 x 29 cm), sewn on 4 supports, by a Landshut bindery with tools similar to those assigned to the Raute vierfach workshop, also know as Landshut-Nachfolger (EBDB w000032/Kyriss 165, active 1472-96); rebacked. Plain paper pastedowns. Fore edge tabs. Clasps and bosses missing.
Inscriptions/Markings
Hand decoration: Contemporary German (Landshut?) rubrication, red (and some black) initials, red headlines, paragraph marks, and underlining. Annotations: No marginal notations in text.
