Printed in Caillaut's types 2:107G (later owned by Marchant) and 112G and 112B (see BMC and Needham).
The majority of the work (quires f-bb, A-O, ²A-C (not leaves ²C1.8)) printed in Caillaut's types 111B and 112G, with quires a-b, a-e, ā, dd, and leaves ²C1.8 set in type 107B. The paper stocks indicate that the whole was printed in a single shop, i.e. Caillaut's shop (see Needham, Hellinga Festschrift, pp. 353-54).
