Summary

Drawing shows an old and decrepit man with a crutch seated on the ground with his face resting in the palm of his hand; over him stands or hovers a partially draped young and beautiful female figure; a cupid chasing a butterfly appears on or in front of the base of a broken pedestal behind the man at right.
